Maison Ray ships purchases to a physical address only and requires a signature upon delivery. We ship all purchases made during the weekday within 48 hours of purchase and include all shipping insurance. Orders placed on holidays will ship within 48 hours of the next business day.

Please contact us before you place your order for a quote on shipping. The price will be determined by availability of shipping, destination and value of the purchase.
Maison Ray accepts cash, checks, major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
You may purchase items from our website via our secure server shopping cart checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
You also have the ability to make your purchase using your PayPal account.
We accept personal checks. To pay by check, please mail your payment to our showroom address. Your check must process fully and clear before your order is shipped. This could take up to 10 business days so please allow extra time when purchasing. Please do not request rush shipment on these items. Checks should be made payable to Maison Ray.
Please contact us via phone or email if you are interested in purchasing with a wire transfer. Once a wire transfer has been received we can ship the item to any address.
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not pleased with your order for any reason you may return any unworn and undamaged merchandise within 3 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. All sales are final after 3 days of receipt.
Merchandise returned must be in its original condition. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. To process a return, simply contact us via email at [email protected] or by telephone at (225) 571.6454. Please contact us immediately to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the merchandise. You must ship the package back to us registered insured through USPS, fully insured for the retail value, and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less return charges described below.
Shipping, insurance and a 3.00% re-stocking charge will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. No exceptions will be made to our Return Policy unless we agree with prior approval. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
United States residents living outside of the State of Arizona do not pay tax on purchases made via our website. Arizona residents who are not in the trade pay 7.95% sales tax.
All our pieces are examined in their mountings to the maximum extent that the mounting permits examination. Approximate weights are formulated by taking measurements and applying acceptable formulas; as such they are estimates only. Because mountings prohibit full and accurate observation of gem quality and weight, all data pertaining to mounted gems can be considered as approximate unless accompanied by an independent laboratory certificate (AGL, EGL, GIA).
Authenticity, antiquity, decorative periods, vintages and or circa dating are determined to the best of our ability based on materials incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks and signatures, lapidary techniques, technological developments and consultation of our extensive reference library and materials. Dating and period attributions are not an exact science as decorative periods frequently overlap and borrow influences from one another.
