Berlin Iron Bracelet

This example of Berlin Iron is from around 1840 when the trend was leaning toward Gothic Revival.  Each link resembles an ornate miniature wrought iron gate and the clasp includes a cameo fastened to a steel plate.  It is for a small wrist measuring at just under 6 1/2″.  It is in remarkable condition, considering that few examples of Berlin Iron survive today due to its nature to rust.  The clasp is secure.
